A Few Words From The Author
Incest has to rate as one of the most taboo subjects that people rarely talk about. God did not intend for siblings to have an incestuous relationship, & our society most definitely regards incest as being immoral, very strange, and unacceptable. Whatever dramatic or influential events which we are exposed to during our early childhood years shall have a profound impact on us throughout our lives. Any victim of an incestuous act or sexual abuse shall be forever changed.
You may ask yourself the question as to how often something like incest occurs between siblings, or even worse parents with children? The fact remains according to my own personal research, one in six men has been sexually abused as young boy & one in four women have been sexually abused as a young girl. As for my reason for writing this book, I just needed to tell the world my story of how an abusive incestuous relationship between my half sister and myself had dire consequences for me without the guilty party even being aware of what impact she had on her younger half brother. My hope is that other victims of abusive incestuous relationships will open up and reveal their story as well, because the world needs to hear you, & it is an imperative part of a long painful healing process.
